Terms and Conditions
1. Our Mission and Scope
The School of Digital Skills (SDS) provides high-end technical training designed to bridge the gap between passion and profession.
Our curriculum is a direct blueprint of the actual industry, led by experts with over 9 years of field experience in film and TV production.
Nothing in these Terms constitutes formal academic credit; our focus is on practical, industry-relevant skills and financial independence.
2. Eligibility and Account Conduct
Students must be of legal age to enter into contracts or have explicit parental consent.
Account sharing is strictly prohibited; your access is for your personal professional development only.
SDS reserves the right to suspend accounts that provide false information or engage in behavior that disrupts the learning community.
3. Certification and Portfolio Requirements
Certificates are awarded only when a student satisfies all academic and attendance requirements.
At SDS, we believe in learning by doing; therefore, certificates are issued only when a student creates industry-standard projects that contribute to a professional portfolio.
All financial obligations, including tuition fees, must be fully settled before a certificate is granted.
4. Academic and Behavioral Standards
Commitment: Students are expected to attend required sessions and complete 100% of assignments to ensure result-oriented learning.
Quality: Assignments must meet minimum performance standards to reflect the professional workflows used by top production houses.
Integrity: Plagiarism or unauthorized assistance in creating digital content will result in disqualification from the program.
Conduct: We maintain a professional environment; harassment or unethical conduct toward staff or peers results in immediate termination without refund.
5. Financial Obligations
Students accept full responsibility for all tuition and associated fees required to access the high-demand training provided by SDS.
Failure to honor payment deadlines or installment plans will result in a loss of access to the learning portal and support systems.
SDS reserves the right to adjust pricing for future enrollments with prior notice to maintain the quality of our expert-led training.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
All purchases are considered final to protect the integrity of our earning-oriented programs.
A refund may only be considered if a student has:
Attended all required classes.
Completed every assignment and followed all support steps.
Implemented the taught workflows but achieved no measurable skill improvement.
Changing your mind, non-attendance, or partial participation are not valid reasons for a refund.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All course materials—including videos, documents, designs, and AI training modules—are the exclusive property of the School of Digital Skills.
No rights of ownership are transferred to students; materials are for personal educational use and may not be reproduced or used commercially.
Reselling course materials or sharing access credentials is a violation of these terms and may result in legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
While SDS provides the blueprint for a high-earning career, we do not guarantee specific employment, revenue, or business success.
The Service is provided “as is,” and our primary goal is to empower you with the skills to land high-paying jobs in the global freelance market.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction where SDS is registered.
